Located near the intersection of Main St E and Hwy 124, there are multiple public transportation options offered through Gwinnett County Transportation. The two closest stops for bus route 70 are along Hwy 124 northbound and eastbound on Main Street at Towne Green.

The fitness center is available for use 24/7. The pool is available for use from sunrise to sunset. All other amenities are controlled access and times may vary.
Parking is available in the parking garage for all residents. One car per lease holder is permitted. Please ask your Leasing Consultant about types of permitted vehicles.
The administration fee of $200 is refundable if the application is denied.

The application cost is $75 per person for individuals over 18 years old and the administrative fee is $200. A standard deposit of $250 will be required at time of move-in, if your applications is approved, in addition, there may be an additional deposit required at move-in.
